Certified Access Specialist (CASp) Access Services pricing to assist local jurisdiction
with compliance of SB 1608 [Civil Code 55.53(d)]

PUBLICLY OWNED FACILITIES and the A.D.A. (A.D.A. Title II)

Americans With Disabilities Act (A.D.A.) (1990)
28 CFR 41.57(b)), paragraph (c) requires the public entity to make any necessary structural changes in facilities as soon as practicable, but in no event later than three years after the effective date of this regulation (January 26, 1992). Where structural modifications are required, paragraph (d) requires that a transition plan be developed by an entity that employs 50 or more persons, within six months of the effective date of this regulation.
We can assist local jurisdictions in meeting these Federal requirements contained in Title II of the A.D.A. , by performing Self-Evaluations for local jurisdiction and assisting local jurisdictions in developing their Transition Plan. We are available to review all facilities and programs owned, and/or operated by local jurisdictions to ensure compliance with barrier removal requirements under the A.D.A.

PRIVATELY OWNED FACILITES and the A.D.A.(A.D.A. Title III)
A.D.A. Section 36.304 - Removal of Barriers.
A public accommodation shall remove architectural barriers in existing facilities, including communication barriers that are structural in nature, where such removal is readily achievable. We are available to assist private, public accommodation facilities comply with these Federal requirements contained in Title III of the A.D.A. We are available to review all facilities and programs owned, and/or operated by a private entity, to ensure compliance with barrier removal requirements under the A.D.A.
